I’m a hands-on senior management consultant with over 15 years of experience across HR, sales and operations. I have led companies as Managing Director, taking full ownership of strategy, execution and performance. From building teams and scaling operations to driving growth and managing P&L, I understand what it takes to turn vision into results.

Over the years, I have led recruitment teams across industries, hiring both blue-collar and executive profiles. I have built HR departments from the ground up, developed employer branding strategies and designed recruitment processes that deliver. I have also managed internal operations, improved workflows and taken full responsibility for business units, including commercial and financial performance.

Today, I work as Director of two companies within the Sisu: Group. I support leadership teams, coach individuals and help organisations move forward when clarity, structure or momentum is missing. I bring a combination of strategic thinking, operational discipline and practical execution, always with people and performance at the centre.
