ABOUT ME

I am a senior executive and hands-on management consultant with over 15 years of experience leading growth and transformation across HR, sales, and operations. As a former Managing Director, I have a proven track record of assuming full ownership of strategy, execution, and P&L performance. My ultimate focus is building sustainable growth by aligning people, purpose, and performance.

My expertise covers the full talent lifecycle: from designing and scaling HR departments and employer branding strategies, to driving complex internal operations and taking commercial responsibility for entire business units.

This foundation was built through a significant entrepreneurial journey at Sisu: Group, where I advanced from a recruiter to a Managing Director. I successfully leveraged cross-functional leadership to create new entities and build high-performing businesses from scratch.

I am currently immersed in the Work AS One community as Director/COO/CHRO. Here, my focus is on co-building a truly new way of working: fostering radical co-creation and building the organization's backbone from the ground up. Driven by a strong, shared culture and values, we are establishing an environment where every individual’s contribution is essential to a collective success, embodying the power of "work as one." Crucially, this includes co-creating WASO's future foundation, effectively merging a core commitment to charity and community purpose directly into our organizational structure.
